What did we prepare?

Some of the things I liked:

  • The vegetables and shrimp were VERY fresh. It came in a nice box
    with freezer type bags or cubes, keeping the product very cold.
    Instructions were VERY easy to understand, even for an inpatient, non cook
    like myself.
    The portions were more than enough for two people, I split mine with my
    nephew and felt like we both had plenty. Although, technically it was a
    meal for one person.

Some things I didn’t like:

  • There may be a way to do it, but since this was a gift, I am not
    aware of any. But it would be nice to have on hand the accessory
    ingredients you would need BEFORE you receive your boxed meal
    Some of the packaging was a little difficult to open, but definitly not a
    deal killer.
    It is a little pricey for my budget, but what’s the opportunity cost for
    not having to think about dinner? What about your health? These are
    clearly healthy meals.

Bottom Line

If you have the budget, I would definitely recommend giving this a try.
