a filmmaker interviewed and 89 year old lady named Nettie Mitchell in rural Maine during the 70s.. that’s fascinating to me because that means she would have been born in the 1800s.. she tells the sad story and the interviewer comments on it now..

It really bothers me how people can be so cruel and judgmental. It bothers me how people have to suffer in this life. The only consolation is that she’s not suffering now.. when you leave this life I’m hoping there is no more suffering.
