I Just Watched “Aeroméxico Flight 498 Crashes In California After Mid-Air Collision | Mayday | Wonder” on YouTube

I’ve always had dreams of witnessing an airplane crash from a distance. I remember worrying about the people on board and those on the ground. I also remember worrying about being hit by flying debris. It’s strange, because my dream (actually a nightmare) is just like what the lady witnessed in this reenactment. Very very scary. When you see people go through something like this, it makes everything else seem so trivial.

I Just Watched “Park Avenue: Money, Power and the American Dream⎜WHY POVERTY?⎜(Documentary)” on YouTube

This documentary starts off with comparing the wealthy Park Ave with the part across the river, which isn’t as fortunate. The difference is astonishing. It then goes on to explain the differences as a result of a rigged, unfair economic system. They do this with the game of Monopoly. Players in the traditional game all start out equal… they each have an equal chance of wealth. A group of psychologists did an experiment where the game was rigged…...

I’m Watching “New York City rich and poor — the inequality crisis | DW Documentary” on YouTube

About 15 minutes into this documentary, they interviewed two sisters and their dad. The dad said they wish they wouldn’t flaunt their privilege on social media. He continued by saying “that’s their brand” He used the word brand several times. I thought that was interesting… everything is a brand now.. It’s nauseating to hear it so much.. His daughters were very dismissive and disrespectful of their father…. as he told them he didn’t like what they were posting...

I Just Watched “SUBWAY – Life in America” on YouTube

This was very interesting and informative. I had no idea the origins of the Subway sandwich brand. I also did not realize they had been around since the 70s and was started by a seventeen-year-old who was financed by an investor who was helping him attend college.. For some reason, Subway is not doing as well as they used to be. They close one and a local Walmart that I frequent.. If Subway can’t make it in Walmart,...

This is a British documentary that aired on BBC 3 five years ago in 2016. It documents the plight of two transgender women and a couple of men who were once criminals….as they live their existence in one of the most hardened, once successful cities in America, Detroit. It was heart breaking to hear their stories. I read some of the comments which really bothered me… There were a few who said they did not feel sorry for...

I’m Watching “The Remarkable Life Of The Queen Mother | A Century In 100 Minutes | Real Royalty with Foxy Games” on YouTube

I’m Watching a documentary about the queen mother. She was the last royal from the Edwardian period in British history.. Looking at all this old footage just reminds me how fleeting life really is. Noone lives forever… at the most 100 years if you’re lucky. But are you really lucky? I don’t think I’d want to be the last one standing with most of my loved ones I knew the longest gone.. I wouldn’t want that. I’m not...
