I Just Watched “Hidden camera investigation: Best Buy electronics (Marketplace)” on YouTube

This is a Canadian show titled “Marketplace” where they act as a consumer advocate for people who have issues with companies. I didn’t realize Best Buy had a marketplace with 3rd party sellers… I’ve seen that they offered refurbished units, but like the all of the people interviewed, it wasn’t clear it wasn’t actually sold by Best Buy.
