Have you ever thought about writing down your thoughts? I have and have been doing it for almost 3 years. It started as an extension of keeping a daily journal… I kinda wanted more detail and I found that as I lay in bed writing in the pm that a lot of the detail was lost. Because of this I started writing down my thoughts as they happened, or shortly thereafter.
Doing this has helped me tremendously through the years…. Hopefully it will help you as well.
