I Just Watched “Hidden camera investigation: Best Buy electronics (Marketplace)” on YouTube

This is a Canadian show titled “Marketplace” where they act as a consumer advocate for people who have issues with companies. I didn’t realize Best Buy had a marketplace with 3rd party sellers… I’ve seen that they offered refurbished units, but like the all of the people interviewed, it wasn’t clear it wasn’t actually sold by Best Buy. Sears has a marketplace for 3rd party sellers as well… Anyway, very interesting.
