I did not realize that the royal family did not pay taxes, specifically inheritance taxes. The Royals have been under constant threat of losing their royal status, with calls over the years to dismantle the monarchy. I just finished watching episode 2 of the “Royal House of Windsor on Netflix. I watched the first episode last night. I’m learning quite a bit more about British history. I’m really enjoying it. There are six episodes, I plan on finishing them all.
