I’m Watching this now, it’s really bothering me how some people were treated during this era (some are still living in fear). It especially bothered me when I watched a group of 900 refugees, who were trying to escape the Nazis, get turned away from Cuba. They headed there bc they knew ahead of time the US would not let them in. They were hopeful they could escape the gas chambers. Interested in History? Join our History Discord...
