structural damage

I’m not at all surprised. I’m actually studying a similar algorithm but it’s also laced with problems. There are just some things that are difficult to quantify or problems that don’t appear until afterwards. Bots are common with forex, stocks and even crypto.. but I think we have a long way to go before we can evaluate real estate algorithmicaly for quick profits.. Where I’m from, where the terrain is rolling and uneven, homes that have structural damage...
