Finally starting to work out again
After about a 3 week hiatus from working out I’m finally getting back into the groove. I use a program called calorie king to count my calories. I estimated the i consumed approx 4000 calories yesterday… I should have no more than half of that amount. The sad thing is i worked out for 30 minutes and only burned 140 calories… i plan on changing my ways working out at least 3 to 5 hours a week… i...
