I found this meme while browsing on an app…. It’s sad to think of all of the last times we’ve had.. I think of the last time I stayed in a hotel with Bob and we traveled.. I think of the last time I was with certain people.. I think of things like that all of the time.. This meme just put it into words perfectly.. What I have always thought. It’s exactly why you need to savor every moment.. Even if they are not the greatest.. If you are with a person you care about.. just focus on them… and why you love them…. let the the bad stuff go… because when they’re not in your life anymore, you won’t be thinking about all the things you don’t like about them anyway… you’ll be missing the good.

I’m learning more and more everyday how fleeting life is. I’m learning to let go of a lot of the negative….. and focus on what’s going right in my life and in the world. To not do so takes you to places I don’t like going to. The only way to not go there is to release the negative from your mind, let it float out of your awareness.

After all, if you’re not aware of it, it doesn’t exist, right? At least not to you.
