After about a 3 week hiatus from working out I'm finally getting back into the groove. I use a program called calorie king to count my calories. I estimated the i consumed approx 4000 calories yesterday... I should have no more than half of that amount. The sad thing is i worked out for 30 minutes and only burned 140 calories... i plan on changing my ways working out at least 3 to 5 hours a week... i really need to get this weight off of me. I have already lost about 30 pounds, it has taken me over 2 years to do it... i waited appoximately 205 pounds at that point..
