I’d love to be able to see this. Near the end she (Fran) was asked if she thought NYC was on the decline and whether it’s very bad again like it was in the 70’s…. She said no and that it’s an excellent time for people to move there if they wanted a taste of big city life…. It’s a lot cheaper than it has been and rents will be going back up soon enough.
I’ve also noticed that…. Rents in New York City have been on the decline.
