Putting chat on your sites increases sales… it just does.. However, most subscription chat services are restrictive and cost prohibitive at scale. (If you have several ws’s) I found a solution a couple of years ago.. I add it to most of my sites… and I know (or whoever is working) exactly what website the visitor is browsing… and what they may be looking for. I also add triggers based on their interactions with the site… then an actual person follows up.
I can also see in real time who is doing what on my sites… In that regard it acts as a quasi heat map of sorts without the server and financial overhead. My only complaint is I would like to view my visitors broken down by website. Right now you can only see the aggregate.
It easily integrates into several CMS’S, like Shopify and WordPress if you can’t code… They have a free API if you can code (or know someone who does) so that you can further customize it…. I dont believe there is a limit on agents…On a nutshell, it’s awesome.
