Description: I received this email from the secret Rhonda Byrnes yesterday. It is so true, I need to stop these negative thoughts. I need to train my mind to focus only on what I want…. I get so nervous about the uncertainty I can hardly stand it. Life just gets so hard sometimes. I try to control my mind, I really do.. I feel like I’m stuck in life and doing nothing but spinning my wheels.
