I was just thinking of something rupaul said on her podcast where she talked about Nelson Sullivan. It’s the first time I’ve heard her discuss him.. She said that she didn’t like to think about the past…. She also said she paid $500 a month and lived in his bedroom after he died… it didn’t bother her.
I always wondered if Nelson owned or rented the house he and his roommates lived in…. and how things played out there after his death. Who collected everyone’s rent money? If he owned the building, who inherited it? I’ve yet to find the answers..
I did find a Facebook group that several people participate in that lived during that era… I have yet to ask the question.. I’m not sure how to go about asking.
