I found it interesting that it was predicted that people won’t have to go to work, that work will come to them. Also, that students will be taught by computers at home and you’ll be able to see who you are talking to on the phone.
Other predictions were automated restaurants, home kitchenens and living in prefab, mass produced housing..
Could you imagine how excited you’d be in 1966, watching what the future has in store?
I havnt yet to see anyone have an ultra modern looking house as they show it here… They didn’t mention flying cars here, but that’s something you often hear in programs similar to this… Of course, that hasn’t happened yet.. Maybe one day?
